I’ve placed the order. How do I complete the payment?

Simply open any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) and scan the QR code shown above. Alternatively, you can copy the UPI ID displayed and paste it into your app to transfer the exact amount.

Do I need to send a screenshot after paying?

No, our system automatically matches the payment to your order.

I have successfully made the payment, but the screen is still showing the QR code & "Action Required". What should I do?

Rest assured, if your payment was successful, your order is confirmed. This screen remains visible to give you ample time to check details. You can safely close this page now; your order is already being processed in the background.”

How long does it take for my order to be completed?

Our system starts working immediately, and almost all customers see results within a few hours. However, full completion can sometimes take up to 12 hours. We kindly ask that you wait for this 12 hours window to pass before raising a support request regarding your order status.

My order status says "Processing." What does that mean?

“Processing” means we have successfully received your order and our system has started working on it immediately. This automated process has two quick stages: Order Placement and Payment Confirmation.

  • If you have paid: Our system will verify the transaction, and after successful delivery of the order, it will automatically mark it as “Completed”.

  • If payment is not detected: The status will automatically update to “Payment Pending” after some time, and you will receive an email notification.

What happens if I don't pay immediately?

Your order will remain on hold for 24 hours. If we do not receive the payment by then, the order will be automatically cancelled.
